Nakhodka is a new-format fish store-port combining the retail sale of fresh fish and seafood, ready-to-eat food, a fish-cutting service, and a self-service café. The concept is built around providing a direct route to high-quality fish: customers can select a product, receive preparation recommendations, or immediately taste the dish on site.

Scope of work:

Development of the retail-space concept for a fish retail chain, including store zoning, merchandising of fresh fish and seafood, integration of the ready-to-eat and café areas, customer-journey design, visual navigation, and the overall identity of the store-port format.
